Patricia, otherwise known as 'Trish' was appointed Education & Development Officer in September 2008, after spending one year as the Education Administrator. Trish graduated in 2005 from University College Dublin with a BSc Honours Degree in Sports Management.

Peter Banks was appointed as Swim Ireland High Performance Director in May 1 2009. Peter moved from Ireland to Florida in 1989 to further his career and is one of the most experienced and well respected swimming coaches and leaders, not only in the United States but throughout the world.

Carmel was appointed as Personal Assistant to CEO (part-time) in December 2008. Originally from Shinrone, Co Offaly, Carmel has spent most of her life in Dublin and is married with three children. Her role as PA-CEO is varied and includes providing support for Sarah Keane CEO in achieving key tasks, managing a busy office and providing support for the Board.

Kate is the National Children's Officer for Swim Ireland - she is responsible for the development of the Swim Ireland Guidelines for the ongoing welfare and protection of children, and to help Clubs and members put measures for safeguarding children in place.
