Freestyle and Butterfly Race Skills with Calum Bain

Join Calum Bain, National Centre Dublin athlete, on Sunday 1^st December 16:00-18:00, for a clinic on developing your Race Skills for Freestyle and Butterfly. Let Calum teach you how to transfer your technique, and other stroke fundamentals into race specific skills, by adding speed but maintaining overall technique and endurance. This is the perfect time to improve on these skills, as Irish Winter Championships is fast approaching, and then the all anticipated Long-Course Season is set to begin!
