Diving is one of the most exciting and challenging sports to take part in. It mixes a range of sports from swimming, gymnastics and trampolining , to bring power and elegance together in an exciting spectacle.
Learn to Dive
Structured Learn to Dive lessons are available in Dublin at the Sport Ireland National Aquatic Centre and in Belfast at the Lisnasharragh Leisure Centre. Both facilities following recognised schemes of work with nationally qualified instructors.
Sessions are available for children, teenagers, adults, and centres can also provide sessions for school and community groups.
Diving Clubs and Competitive Diving
Shamrock Diving Club is Ireland's premier competitive diving club and offers a range of training squads for novice divers, taking their first competitive steps into the sport, right through to elite divers pushing the boundaries of springboard and high board diving.
Once divers have completed learn to dive levels, Shamrock Diving Club is the perfect place to further your diving progress with training squads available for junior divers and Masters divers.
