Swim Ireland is the National Governing Body (NGB) for Swimming, Water Polo, Diving and Artistic Swimming across the 32 counties of Ireland, with a vision of “An island of swimmers”. We exist to ensure swimming is at the heart of a healthy, active nation. We promote participation and competition in the aquatics, listen to our members and the voice of our athletes, strive for excellence in all we do, and ensure our sport is well governed. For further information, please see our website at www.swimireland.ie

This is an exciting opportunity to join the team as Swim Ireland embarks on its current strategy. One of our goals is provide opportunities and solutions across Ireland for people to swim regardless of their age, ability, background, or interest. Infrastructure has been included in the Swim Ireland strategy as a core pillar, and operating Sean McDermott Street Swimming Pool plays an important role in supporting more people to engage with aquatics within the Dublin 1 and surrounding areas.  This initiative is in partnership with Dublin City Council.  The pool opened on a full-time basis in November 2023, and we are looking for staff to join this exciting venture.
